So I jsut finished my college essay and i think its good but i think the subject is so frequently done...my sister listened to me recite it and cried and than she asked me to read it again with my moms presence and they both sat down and cried...its about the feelings my mom had towards me at differen points in life and our communication barriers due to ongoing changes in my life...its a twist ending though because im like reading the "memoir" at a public speaking tournament. so yeah i like it and it makes me sad to think that it was my life and not somebody elses. it talks about watching one of my friends in the hospital suffering from malnutrition and its just sad i think...i kinda wanted a neutral topic but whatever

first day of school kicked ass, got my license, love my classes except chorus, i love it but i desperately need to take a lunch...i was supposed to take lunch alongside chorus but she just wants me to eat in class and i really want a break in the day to study and shit so shes gonna kill me tho cuz im in select group and shit...anyway today i started my first day at work...oh yeah waitress at coco bello cafe...come visit me!!!

Road Trip

So We went to Florida on wednesday and of course had an awesome and relaxing day only to find that the next morning we were to evacuate the hotel cuz of the hurricane...we drove across florida to the other side because in the 5 hours of driving every hotel we stopped at was booked from the hurricane...so we stayed at this shitty place but though no one liked it i thought it was awesome cuz 9 of us shared a room and it was super fun...the next morning we found out that the hurricane was gonna hit the area we were staying at too so we drove to south carolina...it was amazing we stayed at the most amazing hotel i have ever been too, we went for a really nice dinner...the next morning i got woken up wiht a fruit basket and a birthday song...yay...than we went for buffet breakfast, we went swimming...than me and lauren went for swedish massages (birthday gift) and relaxed by the pool...my mom and dad and I took a tequila shot and me and lauren went bike riding on the beach (they are like really wierd bikes but they are super fun) I couldnt ride the bike sraight and it kept going into the water, it was pretty funny cuz everyone was just pointing and laughing (we were the only people riding bikes on the beach) than we drove to georgia to the historic town of savannah...we went antique shopping and i got an awesome bracelet and than we went on a ghosts and ghouls tour with like dressed up actors it was super funny cuz like at one point we got off the bus to go to a cemetary and one of the actors was like run from the ghost and my uncle was like oh shit and started running to the bus, haha...than we went to dinner at a seafood place and it was amazing...we shared some good laughs...mostly reminising of past vacations and especially laughing about things alex used to do...(yeah alex, ur dad kept doing the whatsup thing that u and smirnoff did and ur mom did it too it was hilarious)...than my parents and i took another shot cuz we told the waitress i was turning 21 haha...the next day we headed home...all in all it was an awesome trip...next weekend me and mom are going to montreal to check out mcgill so excited

the past few weeks have been abosultely amazing...i havent been bored at all and have just been spending a lot of time with my friends...i just wanna say u guys rock...looking forward to sleeplesss under spotlights tour tommorrow and shopping with the fab justine and erin and sunday hittin up a club in the city...should be good...next week im leaving for florida which is gonna be great...spend some good quality time with my parnets and especially lauren, shes been down lately and im sorry i havent been there for her...ive grown a lot this summer and accomplished a lot of my goals...i read and studied and sat on my roof alone and just spent a lot of quality me time that was truly fulfilling, i think im gonna read on the roof now in fact with my brand new book night light!!! yaya

CANADA...fucking amazing...it was so great to see Kathy cuz i havent seen her in forever cuz she was in Montreal for forever haha...were going to go up together again next month hopefully if all goes well to take a campus tour of mcgill (which is right now "under discussion" with the rents)...basically lauren convinced them that shes never seen me so happy in my life doing the stupidest things ever like sleeping in a park or chilling at a venue...she rox- i talked to slava about it and i learned a lot from him cuz he lived in montreal for a while, he thinks i should do undergraduate at mcgill and then go to NYU for graduate...i would definitely change my plans for that one...many good stories and pictures...just ask cuz too much to right...the people we encountered were amazing and the places we went were just as good...i heart montreal

OH MAN...yesterday hit up the olive garden, mustve gotten food poisonin cuz i didnt feel good and hit the sac pretty early...at like 1 someone calls and all i hear is michelle michelle but i never even picked up the phone it was weird, but i was too tired to see who it was and than i heard it again, i know it was my phone but how would someonme be talking to me if i didnt pick up...it was super strange, this morning i figured out it was kramer...haha SORRY KRAMER!!!! than i had this weird dream that i was gonna get into a car accident with this wierd guy off a cliff on the highway or something, which is kinda ironic cuz i have driving lessons in like an hour and were taking my car on the highway today...these lessons are ridiculously stupid but if it makes my dad happy ill do it. peace

yeah so i spent my day, after hanging out with Erin, making CD's for my car...i am making 20 each with a mix of songs within the same genre (20 different genres)...each genre is like music choice basically...all in order in my car cd visor...i feel too organized...i have a dance section and i have a listening section

Yeah so im a little ticked off right now
i recieved a nomination to represent LHS in Washington DC at a conference for distinguished alumni and it costs $200o including airfare and hotel accomodations and all that but its an amazing experience and im dying to go...my dad says its out of the question that he spends $47000 a year on NYU plus the course im taking at drexel this year and than $2000 for a conference...when i think about it it doesnt make sense though...he could have just bought me the $4000 wrangler i wanted instead of buying me a costly brand new car, than i could have gone to as many conferences as i wanted with the money saved...i would much rather be flying around the world, learning about the workings of our government, presented speeches, and gaining vast knowlegde than driving a nice car...it sounds stupid but in the future, these experiences will make me a high ranked person in the business world at which time i can buy any car i want...i just wish they would spoil me at times...they would spend 10000 to take me to miami for my birthday which i didnt even want to go to and they would spend 10000 on laurens wardrobe but not 2000 on my education, im gonna use my birthday money for it cuz im a dork.

SO today i had driving school, the teacher didnt understand why my dad made me do it cuz he says im extremely good and i will have no problem with the road test...so although my dad wanted me to do it for 6 days, the guy says i only need 1 if any...so i had fun with erin and justine yesterday and we talked about guys and other stuff...it made me realize that i am a bit lonely and i dont want that random hook up stuff, its just pointless for me...this summer made me see how shallow guys are though...some are just too afraid to say they like a girl which is ridiculous (i recently learned about some guys that liked me and never spoke of and had they i would have gone out with them) and other guys just want to have a girlfriend that they can show off, this is ridiculous as well, i was informed that a guy likes me but is waiting until i lose more weight to ask me out, after knowing this i cant even look at him the same way and he is a very close friend of mine making it worse, but if any guys are reading this keep in mind two thinks
a girl is not some prize to show off because of looks becuase your going to have to deal with her personality too
in modern times we dont follow tradition and girls even ask out guys these days so guys should not be intimidated by a girl or fear telling a girl he likes her

What a day...im so happy Lauren decided to stayhere with me the rest of the week...today these two guys from israel came over im not sure how we know them or anything but apparently they know us so we drove around with them cuz my uncle lets me drive again and after we had a weaterballoon fight cuz we had to blow up balloons for bianas birthday party tomorrow...then we "fell" into the jacuzzi after having a few with giovanni(haha petron) and so i went to the showe and all of the sudden the door opens and the guys walk in on me...aghhhhh...lauren was just laughing cuz i didnt even realize it...but i dont really care im confortable with nudity haha...but we have to wake up super early tomorrow to decorate for the party so lauren and i might go for a midnight "walk" so help us sleep better haha!! ahaha coming home sunday!!!

yeah so yesterday i went to pick up lauren cuz mya cant drive with her broken shoulder, i was super happy to see her...we started the night tokin together like good ol times and than we went to the gym and came back jumped in the pool fully clothed, went into the steamroom and than walked around mill basin for a bit...the night ended with us tying a bra to the boxer dog while it pissed and walking in on parents of our friends tokin....ah good times

so i just finished doing water aerobics and i went into the steam room and than decided to go online and the aol welcome screen had this butt toning thing so of course my curiosity moved my hand over the mouse and led me to a streaming video of an aol weight coach haha...so yeah of course i ended up making and AOL blog for my wieght loss goals hahahahah...than i wathced the trailer for the notebook 7 times and cried twice and it made me do 200 crunches and drink 8 cups of water...now im babysitting and doing butt excercises with biana because she loves to workout too haha..

so last night me gloria and jackie went to see the notebook, i cried the whole movie it was amazing, it reminded me of life as a house, like it made me really happy in a sad way...idk but i wanna see it everyday...it sounds stupid but it makes me want to work out more and try harder to lose weight...its silly but i really want a boyfriend, i just want someone, everyone here has boyfriends and im jealous and i figure if i was thinner maybe id have one idk whatever ...than afterwards we met up with some other people and the boyfriends who didnt want to see the movie and went to outback steakhouse than i came home at 1 and i kept calling and nobody was picking up so i figured id sleep outside...i was standing on the steps for like an hour and had no clue what id do...i wasnt like mad or scared or anything but it was chilli so i went to see if any of the cars were open but they were all locked...haha finally sir sleepwalker walks downstairs and i start banging the doors like no tomorrow and he woke up and opened the door for me....ahhh i was really looking forward to sleeping outside too bad

boy at gym so cute, talked to him again today, biana (shes so adorable) says hes gonna ask me out, i like the guys here a lot, i like being complimented and getting a good conversation going and people arent afraid to admit when they like someone...i was there for 2.5 hours and im dead tired now...and my sister and mom are coming up this weekend to stay over and go to the gym with me...YAY!! coming home august 7th
